So yeah, my ideas of relaxing this weekend were shot to hell.

I was at work from ten to almost 6 yesterday, thanks to my ride forgetting me. Granted I could have taken the bus, but at that point I was ready to explode on someone and REALLY didn't want to deal with strangers. =_= There were more neglected, bastard children running around than I've EVER had to deal with in my working there. It felt like Bring-Your-Prostatots-To-Work-And-Abandon-Them Day, I swear. >____<
When I finally get picked up, I'm taken to my grandma's house (which isn't a bad thing) to watch a football game (which gets very noisy. Not cool when I'm stressed enough as it is.) I try to connect to my grandma's internet, which erases the password to the internet at home. Now I can't connect to the internet on my laptop, because the damned password is so long and complicated we have to look it up every bloody time we need it, and dad can't figure out how to find the password on Window's Vista.


And that's only Saturday.

Today I don't even have time to get out of my PJ's before my niece's mum shows up, looking for trouble. ((Yeah, this whole divorce thing again.)) There's all amounts of drama, and it generally just ends in a huge mess. Everyone's still stressing over it. =_=;;

Bah. Just BAH. =_= Drama, GTFO on my days off. I don't need it on a good day, or on a day that's supposed to be a good day.

It's so horrible how preoccupied I am with Assassins Creed 2. |D I mean, really.

It kind of bugs me how his facial hair keeps changing, but nobody seems to notice. x: Will you be able to customize that along with your outfit? Is there an assassin barber who will give you a custom goatee if you pay him? I hope so, because I much prefer Ezio--and all guys, really--clean shaven.

0:56 - Also, Ubisoft seems to think scars are genetic. Altaiir, Desmond, and now Ezio have the EXACT SAME SCAR on their lips. WTF? Is that some kind of assassin tradition? Were the modelers too lazy to change the texture? DOES Ubisoft really think you can pass down a scar through the generations? I find it highly unlikely that three different guys from three VERY different time periods would have the EXACT SAME scar in the EXACT SAME SPOT on their face. It even looks exactly the same. WTF?

But, for all my complaining/nitpicking/questions I think I'm going to love this game. <3

1. Actually, he dates back to my Neopets years; he was the first pet that I applied for and succeeded in getting, so his name isn't exactly of my creation. According to dictionary.com it could either mean "one who specializes or has an interest in cultivating roses" or "A form of melody in which a phrase or passage is successively repeated, each time a step or half step higher; a melodic sequence".
2. I was bored, 14, and wanted a jackass-like character. xP No other reason, really.
3. He's gone from a jackass, to a more emotarded bastard, to a hopeless PTSD ex-concubine desperately trying to protect his sister. He's kind of been my scapegoat for all the shit that can happen in life. Poor guy.

Zanzibar Mortecollei

1. Another Neopet relic, though I created him myself. The more time goes on the less sense his name makes; I'm thinking of changing it to something more... appropriate.
2. Instead of cutting my teenage wangst away, I opted to just create a character I could relentlessly torture without feeling guilt. xD He's dead, what's another gash added to the list?
3. He started "life" as a pussy, submissive boyfriend-type. That was boring, so I killed him and brought him back as a minor death god, enslaved to another death goddess that he simply calls the Mistress.
4. In the physical world he takes the shape of a wolf. In the spiritual world he's a man wearing a wolf mask. This is because his master loved Masquerades, and also thinks a dog herding souls to her realm of the afterlife is hilarious. Zanzi's lucky she didn't make him a sheepdog.


Dyllen

1. I simply asked myself: "What's the most ridiculous name for a demon I can think of?" And the result was Dyllen. XD He does have... several last names, but I don't want to list them.
2. I wanted to make fun of men. That's it. o3o
3. Now-a-days he's not so much a mockery of masculinity, than just an obnoxious demon that couldn't do anything evil if he tried. Fortunately he's an arrogant bastard and is too full of himself to realize this.
4. His wings are useless in the human world; technically they don't exist, and only young children and cats can see them. And Scheri, of course.


Scheri Luxon

1. I liked the name Scheri for a vampire. o_o Luxon came from a character generator online, since her previous last name was "Le Frensche."
2. Dyllen needed a voice of reason to balance him out, I needed a feminine character to break up all this testosterone, and vampires are cool (if horribly cliche by now.)
3. It's hard to tell how she's changed, because I have the hardest time connecting with her/developing her personality. >___< She has improved exponentially from the Mary-Sue she was when I first concocted her, but she's got work to do yet.
4. She refuses to wear pants. She's from a place and time where that was serious taboo, and the habit has persisted to this day.
